“Working with W.E.L.Safe has been a complete pleasure. At Lost Village we take our responsibilities towards our audience incredibly seriously and the provision that W.E.L.Safe deliver is excellent. They are confident and competent in their work and I have found them very easy to work with, both in the advance and on site. The management and wider team are not phased by anything they are presented with, and I am particularly grateful for their attitude towards and ability to work collaboratively with other agencies to deliver the best outcome for the person in need. We are exploring new ways to further develop the welfare provision at Lost Village and W.E.L.Safe are central to this - bringing their own ideas to the table and wanting to develop both their provision and their business. The Welfare, safety and security they have given our attendees has gone above and beyond in all areas of care for any of our customers that have found themselves in their tent over the weekend of the event. “The Welsafe team are experts at what they do. From large capacity dance events to multi day family festivals they have a network of staff and volunteers who really understand our customers. They act as vital resource keeping people from requiring more serious medical attention by stopping issues escalating . We have used their data collection app which shows exactly what issues they are dealing with show by show, what type of customers are using them and where in the venue they are coming across issues. They approach any challenge with a smile and are valuable part of risk mitigation strategy on most of our events.”
“We have worked with WELSafe to improve the safety of our customers at Albert Hall for many years. Their volunteers are skilled, highly trained and experienced, and most importantly compassionate. Having even a couple of their staff on site at our events gives us real peace of mind that our customers will be cared for promptly and effectively if their night doesn't go quite according to their plans! It also allows our security and medical teams to hand over to a trusted team once their involvement has ended.
