Martin is an experienced entrepreneur with a strong background in business and a real passion for helping people. For over 12 years, he’s built and led successful companies in web development, marketing, and renewable energy, creating over 150 jobs and overseeing businesses with multi-million pound turnovers

After years in the corporate world, Martin made the move to W.E.L.Safe CIC, where he now focuses on managing volunteers and driving business growth. Having volunteered with the organisation for nearly two years before joining full-time, he’s gained hands-on experience in welfare support, including safeguarding, drug and alcohol awareness, and working with people in vulnerable situations.

With his mix of business expertise and frontline welfare experience, Martin is committed to helping W.E.L.Safe expand and make a bigger impact. His goal is to create safe, supportive spaces for those in need while ensuring the organisation thrives.
