We understand that the well-being of your attendees is paramount to the success and reputation of your event. W.E.L.Safe CIC has been providing welfare services to events of all sizes since 2017 delivering tailored welfare and harm reduction services at live events, clubs, and festivals across the UK and overseas.

At W.E.L.Safe CIC, we provide comprehensive welfare services at festivals and events to ensure a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment for all attendees. Our core services include safe spaces for assistance with intoxication, mental health, or emotional distress, as well as provisions like hydration, sanitary products, and spiking test kits. We work closely with medical teams, security, and event organisers to support well-being and safeguard vulnerable individuals.

For larger events, we offer additional welfare locations with mobile outreach teams and welfare stations at key areas, such as main arenas and camping zones. We also provide safeguarding and guidance for under-18s, a Family Reunification service for lost children, and dedicated safeguarding leads to handle any concerns or incidents. Additionally, our Lost Property service ensures misplaced items are safely returned. Through these services, we enhance the festival experience, offering peace of mind and professional support throughout the event.
