We take safeguarding seriously. Festivals and events bring together diverse audiences, including vulnerable individuals who may need additional support. Our Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL) Service ensures that trained professionals are on-site to handle safeguarding concerns with sensitivity, and expertise.
Events can present various safeguarding challenges, from intoxication-related vulnerabilities to cases of assault or exploitation. Our safeguarding team is trained to identify, respond to, and manage these concerns, ensuring a coordinated approach that prioritises attendee welfare.

We Provide:
- Dedicated safeguarding officers on-site throughout the event.

How Our Event DSLs Operate
Our DSLs (Designated Safeguarding Leads) are highly trained professionals with experience in handling safeguarding cases in high-pressure environments. Their role includes:
- Providing expert guidance to event staff on managing safeguarding concerns.
- Coordinating welfare and safeguarding responses across all event zones.
- Supporting victims of abuse, harassment, or distress, ensuring they receive the right level of care and protection.
- Working closely with external agencies, including police, social services, and crisis support organisations, to manage serious cases effectively.
