Please note:

  • If you are on site at the event, please go directly to The Oracle Thurs–Sun or the Box Office on Monday between 8am – 12pm.
  • The lost property form on this page is the only way to report lost items after the event has ended. We will only contact you if we have a matching item. Please note that we are unable to respond to phone calls, voicemails, emails, or any other form of contact regarding lost property.
  • We usually respond to lost property reports within two business days if the reported item is in our inventory. If you do not hear from us within this timeframe, it is likely that we do not currently have your item. However, please be assured that we continue to receive additional items as the site is cleared. Your report will remain on file, and we will contact you if a matching item is found. There is no need to submit another report unless you are providing additional information or we have specifically requested that you do so.
  • Lost Village Festival has now handed all lost property operations over to our team. All enquiries must be submitted via the lost property form only, as the festival customer service team are unable to answer any queries regarding lost property. Please complete the form, and we will contact you if we have a match for your item or if we have any further queries regarding your lost item.
  • After the festival, the fastest and most convenient way to reclaim your lost property is to have it delivered directly to you. Items valued under £150 are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48. Items valued over £150 will be sent using Royal Mail Special Delivery for full insurance cover, unless you choose to opt out. If you opt out, please be aware that we cannot accept liability for any loss or damage above the £150 insured value.
  • Delivery charges include the cost of postage plus a £5 handling fee to cover secure storage, packing materials, and administrative costs.
  • All lost property not reclaimed on site after each event is moved and stored securely at our Manchester city centre location in an area that is not accessible to reception or front-line staff. Once your item has been successfully identified, and any applicable handling fees have been paid, it will be dispatched to you or moved to reception for collection. This happens twice weekly.
  • IMPORTANT: It is not possible to collect your item from our Manchester city centre location before receiving a notification confirming it is ready for pickup.
  • Collection of lost property from the event site on show days is completely free of charge. However, items reclaimed after the event from our Manchester city centre location will also be subject to the £5 handling fee.
  • Lost property from Lost Village will be retained for a period of 4 weeks. After this time, any unclaimed items will be responsibly disposed of.

The 4‑week window for reclaiming lost property following Lost Village Festival has now closed.

All items we received during this event which remained unclaimed have been disposed of responsibly or donated to local good causes.

If you submitted a lost‑property report and have not been contacted, we have been unable to match your description with any item in our current possession. This unfortunately means your lost item was not handed in or could not be identified.

Please note:

  • We are no longer holding any lost property from Lost Village festival.

  • No further follow‑up is possible for items from this event.

  • For any future lost-property incidents, please submit your report as soon as possible, ideally on the same day, to maximise chances of recovery.
