- Welfare Resource Provision: We supply essential items such as earplugs, foil blankets, ponchos, sanitary products, safe sex packs, snacks, blister plasters, and information leaflets to keep attendees comfortable and informed.
- Care for Intoxicated or Vulnerable Guests: Our team provides a safe, supervised space for those who may be intoxicated or require a safe environment as assessed by medical staff, security, or event managers.

- Safeguarding and Crisis Support: We are fully equipped to support individuals affected by sexual assault, domestic abuse, or other safeguarding concerns. Our dedicated safeguarding officers work closely with local authorities to provide the appropriate support and referrals.
- Outreach and Mobile Welfare: Our outreach teams are highly mobile, covering large areas and responding swiftly to needs at ingress, egress, or other high-traffic areas, including early queues.
