Lost Property Reclaim
Please note:
- Collection of lost property from the site on showdays is completely free of charge.
- Handling fees and (if applicable) shipping charges only apply for items reclaimed after the event has ended.
- If you choose to reclaim your item after the event, a handling fee will apply based on the item’s band.
- If you choose delivery, you will be charged the handling fee plus shipping cost which will be the exact amount it costs us to send it to you.
- Once you submit this form, you will receive a payment link via PayPal within 1-3 days.
- Your item will not be available for collection or dispatched for delivery until the PayPal payment has been completed.
