Please note:

• IMPORTANT: It is not possible to collect your item from our Manchester city centre location before receiving a notification confirming it is ready for pickup.
• All lost property not reclaimed on site after the festival is moved and stored securely at our Manchester city centre location in an area that is not accessible to reception or front-line staff. Once your item has been successfully identified, and any applicable handling fees have been paid, it will be moved to reception for collection. This happens twice weekly.
• Collection of lost property from the festival site during show days is completely free of charge. However, items reclaimed after the festival, whether collected from our Manchester city centre location or delivered, will be subject to a £5 handling fee to cover storage, packing materials, and administrative costs.
• If you choose to have your item delivered, you will also be charged the cost of Royal Mail Tracked 48 for items valued under £150.
• For items valued over £150, we will offer you the option to pay for Royal Mail Special Delivery. If you choose not to use this service, please be aware that we cannot accept liability for any loss or damage in transit beyond the £150 insured value.
• Lost property from Lost Village will be retained for a period of 4 weeks. After this time, any unclaimed items will be responsibly disposed of.
